True forgiveness is like melting. True forgiveness is knowing what’s happened because you asked it to, whether you’ve labeled it positive or negative. True forgiveness is feeling the fullness that the experience ignites inside and out. Forgiveness doesn’t judge. It can’t feel sorry for another or for yourself. Forgiveness doesn’t regret. There is no pity and there is no praise. You are not better for forgiving, and you are not worse for resisting what is. The truth is there is nothing to forgive, only to be one with what is… in acceptance and appreciation.
