“Hatred paralyses life; love releases it. Hatred confuses life; Love harmonises it. Hatred darkens life; love illuminates it.” Martin Luther King Jr.
Perhaps do not seek to love that which you hate. That may be impossible. Rather, see if you can find the love inside of the hatred. See if you can find any part of yourself or understanding for it, compassion for it. You will hate what you are in judgment of. You will also resist what you are in judgment of.
See past the hatred into your own judgment, and using fresh eyes, see through the eyes of love. You may be able to embrace your own judgment of it by feeling it, understanding behavior through your own experiences that you may have yourself hated of yourself.
Reconsider Right and Reconsider Wrong- both in others, and in yourself.
The only power to heal hatred in life is through love.
