“So according to your research, you don’t really need to believe in yourself?” an early morning television host’s question caught my ear as I slowed down to listen to the streaming tv in the women’s locker room.
“That’s right,” the guest on the show affirmed. She explained how successful CEO women all hear that same voice of “I can’t,” or whatever forms of self-doubt the voices inside the head speak to that highlight how you don’t believe in yourself.
The one difference, she discovered, between those who live their dreams, and those who do not, is not a belief in themselves, but they do what they feel moved to do anyway…
